Hello & Welcome ~
Thanks for stopping by!
The beautiful life memories that we have shared together through the years are tucked away in over 100 photo albums that rest on our shelves in our home. You won't find me posting much about our family on social media, but you can find updates and our story here on this site. This is our digital platform to share our everyday lives with our children, along with the family + friends that have been part of our life story. We are grateful for every person that has crossed our paths and that has poured into our family with encouragement, wisdom and has given us grace along the way. We have been blessed with 5 wonderful children, a loving family and many lifelong friendships. We love the beautiful story that God is unfolding daily, and we are grateful for this life that He continues to bless us with.
We would love to hear from you. Please reach out and/or come visit us ~ we would enjoy connecting in person on our porch with a cup of coffee or tea in hand. Life is quiet on our little farm, and we enjoy early mornings sitting on our porch listening to the rooster crow and evening sunset walks on our trails. Life is simple + good. Please check out my journal for updates + photos.
Love & hugs, Natalie :)

And so together they built a life that they loved.

Never lose your sense of wonder . . .
As the years unfold and the chapters of life turn, it is easy to imagine that wonder—the childlike sense of awe at the world—might fade into the background. Responsibilities accumulate, routines settle in, and the extraordinary can feel hidden within the ordinary. Yet, wonder is not only a gift in youth but a sacred calling throughout each season of life.

To nurture wonder is a habit of the heart. It asks us to slow down, to listen, to look up more often than we look down, to remain teachable and open-hearted. It invites us to greet each day with the hope that something beautiful awaits discovery, no matter what else the day demands.

My sweet children ~ I hope and pray that you never lose your sense of wonder as you age. Always remember to walk in our field and notice the wildflowers, listen to the sounds of nature, catch lightning bugs in the summer months, take a deep breath as the wind blows on your face and make time to stop and watch the sunset. It's important to stop and pause long enough to notice in the beauty that surrounds you. Even the ordinary, when noticed, can be extraordinary.
